Benchmarks

Here we benchmark the runtime of PySTE against the vector space dimension for both evolver initialisation and state propagation. Additionally, we compare the runtime required by PySTE with QuTiP to solve the Schrödinger with a given infidelity: PySTE vs. QuTiP
